From Matt the brewer: This beer has two really exciting hops included in it. 1: Nelson Sauvin which is a New Zealand hop that has flavors of white wine, gooseberry and grape. 2: Strata hops from Michigan that have flavors of melon, strawberry, and passion fruit. My mom always made an ambrosia type salad at the end of family gatherings that I always looked forward to most. I wanted to reimagine that in beer form.

Tasting Notes:
A "fruit basket" IPA with flavors of grape, passion fruit, melon, and strawberries.
